This is the common refrain, echoed by most everyone who has ever called the factory with either a question or a concern. And even more than "polite" or "helpful," Taylor
stands behind their guitars when you have actual problems. Anyone who has had to have an issue addressed (yes, myself included) can easily attest to how the factory stepped up to solve the issue, even at times when it is
not their fault and they have
no obligation. This is the model of how a company grows and succeeds: build a good moustrap, and then
support it with folks who actually care about the guy who bought it. There is no question how Taylor has become the marketing force it has become ...a clear vision, leadership by hands-on setting the standard, and perseverence to make it happen even over the hurdles. Precious few companies understand this, but those who do get a loyal customer base that only grows.
Some folks mistake that as fanboy talk: I call it real experience.
