The sound clip was nice, good playing.  I have never heard what a sinker wood sounds like, still I would like to hear one in my own hands.  I have been to a Taylor road show and never got the chance to touch the PS guitar, so couldn't test the arm rest model, and of course there was not a guitar like yours in the house, plus it was a mad house there, people were in a rush to try everything that was available, and they were drooling over it all.

I brought my Saint Bernard to the Taylor Road Show in Rock Hill, SC this winter and he was drooling a lot less than most of the humans present!
