I find that site frustrating, to find what I'm looking for, and there's too much dynamic and active content on the pages which seems to create weird delays when scrolling through the pages.  Too many bells and whistles, and a return to keeping things simple would be an improvement in my book.

...Short of a 3-D 360 degree hologram of the guitar spinning in front of my monitor, I don't know what else you'd want...
they've done that before :)

Not anymore, no.

Well, at least not a dedicated catalog. The "Guitar Guide" is in the first issue of Wood & Steel; the one available at NAMM in Anaheim. That one is kept in print all year. I don't know what the cost comparisons are, but I'd imagine the dedicated catalogs were tremendously expensive compared to the Wood & Steel...

One thing I have found with the new web site is that it makes my computer slow way down :'(, it has to buffer a lot and for a longer period of time than with any other web sites, including other web sites that have video and a lot of pictures.

I would also like to see the menu moved to the top of the page.  I have to scroll down the first thing so I can see the sub-menu.  I like the new look they have but, I don't like the extra work to move around.   :-\

The only thing I'm not quite sure of is why the 700 Series pop up on the home page. There are a lot of great guitars this year. It just seems odd that one series would be promoted, for such a long time period, over all the other great stuff being offered this year...

the last 'stand-alone' catalog i've seen was in 07, with the introduction of revised
100 -900/PS series, the GS given 5-8 designations & addition of the acoustic series -

guitar. life.
