Very nice tremolo arm.  Looks to be in excellent shape.  I am certain it will give you many years of enjoyment.

Stunning looks! Love the rosette and the fretboard inlays. That cocobolo has some rich grain and color - congrats!

Thanks guys

The looks are very distinctive indeed and I love the fact that it doesn't have a pick guard (and no scratches where the pick guard would normally sit).
One of my favourite features is the gold tuners and the whole head stock combo - cocobolo strip, mahagony, thin maple strip and the black top. Very complex and elegant.

Sonically it's a beast for use. I am particularly impressed with the sustain above the 7th fret. The bass is strong but bright - no woolliness to it.

The only thing I did not much like was the amplified sound. The shop had three acoustic amps, a Fender, a Fishman, a Boss and a Bose system. The best sound came out of the Fishman amp, the others were just too quacky - especially on the b and g strings. In comparison the ES2-equipped Tyalors which were in the shop sounded better (which is strange given that I never cared for the amplified sound out of my ES2-equipped 214CE).

One thing I noticed post purchase is that the strings are 0.012s. That explains why I was finding it so easy to fret.
I read that the GS should be strung with 0.013s ideally, so I may try this at some point, though the guitar feels really good at the moment.

You sir, made the right choice!  For taking the coco, yes, but the whole package is, without question, stunning!  And the top is definitely a very nice grade --if not a grade above) what comes on man a Taylor.  As was already said, the "Limited" line offers serious bang-for-buck guitar goodness (I am occasionally haunted by the recollection of having sold my macassar ltd...but the therapy is helping ;) ).

Congrats, and enjoy in great health!! :D
