You probably just need to adjust the truss rod to put a bit more relief in the neck; sometimes these things happen as the guitar 'settles' in. I'm pretty sure Taylor's web site has information on that procedure, complete with illustrations that should clarify why you're seeing this problem. Try doing a web search using those key words ("Taylor truss rod adjustment") and something useful should pop up for you. The most important thing to keep in mind when making truss rod adjustments is to go slowly, making small turns on the truss rod nut, then evaluating the results.
It's a simple procedure and should only take you a few minutes to perform; but if you're uncomfortable doing it yourself you can take the guitar to any qualified luthier (preferably a Taylor dealer) and have them do it. If you could take it to the dealer from whom you bought it, they'd almost certainly make the adjustment for free.
