Gotoh antique chrome tuners
« on: August 12, 2016, 05:14:58 PM »
Just had mini Gotoh 510 antique chrome tuners put on my 562ce. It looks to me like they may be using antique chrome 510s on the upcoming 800 deluxe series.

Looks really nice. I love those tuners. I have the antique gold with black buttons on my 562ce.

Ooooh man, that looks super nice!  I have loved these 510s for some time now, and that brushed finish makes for some very good-lookin tuners!  Enjoy :)

I agree they look really nice. I have antique gold on my K26 and 816 but was thinking either cosmo black or brushed chrome on my 618. If you don't mind I think I'll copy you.

No problem! But here's something else to think about: 614ce with cosmo black:

Oh man, now what ??? three of each  ??? Another guitar??? Maybe cosmos on the 618 and brushed chrome on the GS Mini....decisions, decisions

Those tuners look awesome but I have a question,
If you upgrade from the standard tuners, I know you need to drill a pilot hole for the screw but do the old tuners leave any marks on the back of the headstock?

I have antique gold 510s on my K24 but they were factory fitted.

Cheers

Hi Craig.
No marks, as far as I can tell anyway.
