Myles Kennedy playing a Taylor
« on: June 19, 2016, 08:29:19 PM »
So last week was Street Music in the city where I live. Street Music is an annual fundraiser for Second Harvest, a local foodbank. The event was started 14 years ago by a friend (and previous guitar teacher of mine). This last week featured an INCREDIBLE performance by Myles Kennedy, lead singer of Alter Bridge. Myles is from Spokane (where I live). I work downtown and so was able to be there for this AMAZING performance:

I'd never heard of Myles before this little street performance. So when I got back to my computer I did some research. Here, by comparison, is another video of him doing the same song, on a Taylor:

I had the better "seat"...wouldn't you say? :) No, I didn't shoot the video of him here in Spokane. I was standing immediately to the right of the person who did shoot it, though. Sweet!

Right on! I so enjoy street performances. Seattle is one of my fav spots for it.
