Oh man, I am SOOOO fortunate to have found, finally, the perfect teacher for me! He's Steven King, and for about a decade he traveled the country putting on clinics for Taylor guitars. He was national fingerstyle champion a couple of decades ago. Here are a few clips (some of them playing Taylor guitars!):

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msPZ72qCNA8This guy is AMAZING! As a player, as a composer, as a teacher. Like I said, I am sooooo fortunate. Steven is my 4th teacher in about 5 years. I haven't progressed as much as I'd hoped, primarily because I wasn't motivated. Well, Steven motivates me.

I love hearing his stories about his days with Taylor guitars, about Bob Taylor in particular. Steven says Bob is a good guy. I believe it. So are his guitars! (I have a Holden Village GS Mini, lefty, and my first guitar was a Taylor Baby...which still lives on as my practice guitar at work.)
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the videos. If you are a fingerstyle player, Steven has a whole website through which you can access tabs of hundreds of his arrangements, I believe.
