Anybody tried this ? I just ordered one.
Reading on other forums, seems like this pedal can help bridge the gap between the ES1 and ES2.

I've got a Voicelive 3 which has the bodyrez setting built in. I like the way it works with my old Fishman blender and the ES2. Took a little while to get it dialed in on there, but the pedal might be easier. Good luck!  Let us know what you think when you get it.

What a timely post!  I just saw it mentioned on the AGF and after researching I'm very close to pulling the trigger on one.

Let us know how you think it works with the ES2  :)

I will! Ordered it on Amazon ans waiting for it to come in. The biggest challenge is finding a spot on my pedal board, don't want to give anything up;)

LOL, I was reading all the reviews on Musicians Friend and Sweetwater and one guy said he used with his LR Baggs Para DI and couldn't believe the tone he got so sounds like it will work well in a chain, too.

Well I received the  pedal yesterday and put it on the pedalbaord. It does take the edge off of the E2 pickup. It is very subtle but noticeable. I was only playing it in the living room with an amp, not through the PA. Next weekend I have a gig and will let you know.

Awesome.  What did the single knob do?

The single knob is simply to dial in your tone. You turn it until it meets your needs. I found it set at 1 O'clock was the best sound in my living room. Gave it a full sounds without the sharpness. On stage, we will see. Pretty simple, on or off, and one dial to find your sound.

Sweet, thanks for posting about this.  I'll be watching this thread closely to see how you like it live.

Well I used it live last night at a pub I play at on a regular basis. I found the pedal really helped smooth out the sound. It took some of the harshness out of that pickup system in a very subtle way. I would highly recommend this pedal. It is well worth the $90.

With that said, while I liked the tone I was getting out of the ES2, it was more difficult to control feedback. This is a bar I have played once a month at for years so other than the new guitar, everything was the same as before and I found myself kicking the floor monitor out of the line of sight (which I share with the singer)  and adjusting the bass knob on the guitar to control that annoying feedback hum.I am using a sound hole cover, so this will take time to figure out. This is a bar that we start out will a mellow mix  with people eating dinner and by the end of the night we are playing ACDC on an acoustic and they are standing on the tables. I might need to buy a T-5 just for this gig. ;)

ACDC acoustified ...you rock my friend!!  :D

As for the feedback, does your DI or body Rez have a phase switch?  Putting the top out of phase with the speakers does lots to tame those uncontrolled lows.

Yeah, the fishman mini has a switch and does the rez. We were a bit loud last night, that was the real problem.

Did another gig last night just as a duo ( not the trio) lower volume in this place, no problems with feedback, guitar sounded great.
