The Taylor 200 series that I play in my churches praise and worship band has recently been acting up, there has been a slightly distorted sound to it when strummed at about a medium type strum feel or higher. We know this is not a bad battery issue as we replaced the battery 2 or 3 times when we discover this ourselves thinking it might be a bad battery problem. My guess is that there could be a bad connection or something wrong with the board but at this point almost anything is a possibility. Depending on what is wrong and how much it would cost will depend if we will get it fixed or consider buying a new guitar all together.
