Musical Instrument Carry On Luggage Act
« on: June 02, 2014, 03:29:12 PM »
forgive me if this info has been posted (or if it's posted in the wrong room), but congress recently passed some legislation that standardizes carry-on instruments for airlines.

The only time I have ever traveled in the air with my guitar I flew Southwest. My guitar was carry-on. No charge. No problems. Looks like this new bill pretty much makes that the standard across the board.

This sure sounds good, and it would prevent a lot of headaches for those who travel with their beloved instruments. Thanks for sharing! ;D
