Musical Instrument Carry On Luggage Act

forgive me if this info has been posted (or if it's posted in the wrong room), but congress recently passed some legislation that standardizes carry-on instruments for airlines.

The only time I have ever traveled in the air with my guitar I flew Southwest. My guitar was carry-on. No charge. No problems. Looks like this new bill pretty much makes that the standard across the board.

This sure sounds good, and it would prevent a lot of headaches for those who travel with their beloved instruments. Thanks for sharing!
