Me too.  I did however receive in depth replies from their customer relations department...just not the coveted feature in "Ask Bob".

I need to write a little more about myself... Maybe I'll write a topic under the welcome section.  I know more about you all than you know about me.

I'll start with this.  I'm only 28 years old.  It's been very humbling to have many people older than me join this site...and much thanks for all your input and support!
