MichaelW has this on some of his guitars, what does it mean?

That symbol is from the guitars known as "Legends Of The Fall".

It's rumored that the inlay on the back is nothing more than the result of some of Bob's scribblings and doodlings...
No one has ever been on their death-bed wishing they'd been more practical...

Good to know! :) It almost looks like an "M" and a "W" overlapping one another!

Maybe it's a picture of the overlapping hiways in the San Diego area!

The Legends of the Fall series goes way back to late 90's or 2000 or so, if I recall correctly.

MichaelW has this on some of his guitars, what does it mean?
sort of like when the artist Prince changed his name to a symbol ...
'the luthier formerly known as Bob'

a little sharpie & some white out

the cutaway models only had the right 'half' or the stylized rooster comb looking 'T'

Bob's initials 'BT'
this embellished story probably helped sell this guitar

it's not about what you play,
it's all about why you play ...
