Unbelievable!!!

Ok so I'm doing some Christmas shopping on my break...and I went to go buy 2 iPod shuffles.  They're out everywhere...all the Best Buys are out etc.  So I'm in the mall and there's an uppity store that has of all things an iPod vending machine.  Fine.  I can do that.

I add 2 iPod shuffles to my cart...pay using my credit card.   2 x $49.99 (2gig iPod shuffles) = $107 including tax.

The machine didn't spit out iPod shuffles.  It spit out 2  4th Generation 8 gig iPod touches.

So I called the number, because I'm honest...and the company rep told me.........ohhhhh that's not good and we're sorry for the trouble...soooo Merry Christmas!  She went on to tell me.  "We'll send someone out immediately."  :)

So I spent $100 for $400 worth of Mac products.   :)

Tell you what, I'll send you $100, and you can send both of those to me.  That way you can still go get the shuffles you wanted and everyone is happy. Problem solved.  ;)

And I thought I was lucky last week when the vending machine gave me two packs of M&Ms instead of one!

another option would be to keep one, sell one,

Kind of reminds me of long ago back in my college days when one of the vending machines that gave change for a dollar would accept photocopies. :o
