NGD - pics!
« on: March 17, 2012, 11:25:00 AM »
Oh man, I'm truly overwhelmed by how beautiful this guitar turned out. The sinker top is exactly how I hoped it would look, dark and chocolate brown. Happy I went with the ebony binding, it just blends the sinker with the macassar b/s really well. I also love that the fretboard has some sap showing, very cool.

I've never been as inspired picking up a guitar for the first time. And the short scale of the GC with the slim carve neck feels like it was made for my hands. Bravo Taylor, well done and thank you!

Wow. That top *is* nice! It's also nicely paired with the back and sides – and it has enough characted to avoid looking like nibbled chocolate.

Good choice!

(Oh . . . how's it sound?)

Very nice guitar  mea1970.  There is a keeper.  ditto on how does it sound, how about a sound clip.

This is one GORGEOUS guitar!!! ;D Did you ask for the striping on the fretboard? I had to pay extra for mine. Congratulations. :)

Beautiful guitar!  ;D
Everything fits visually together beautifully, and great use of the variegated ebony fingerboard.
