Did 2009 800 series have CV bracing ?

Yes, my '09 814 has CV bracing, and I believe the entire series has it.

i would suggest calling Taylor customer service with the serial # to verify that the model in
question does have CV bracing, depending on the build date, as i'm not certain if CV was
phased in on  the day that they returned from winter break 20090105, or if  it might  have
been at a later date or perhaps a bit earlier, just as i'm not sure if the current iteration of the
discrete pre-amp, single body ES changed over right on  1101040 ... it may have been a bit later
