Can you disable body pickups on 150c with ES2?

I have a 2019 150c (12 string) with the ES2. It sounds really bad to me plugged in no matter how I EQ it. Muddy, woofy, not bright at all. I am wondering if there is a way to disable the body pickups and only have the piezo firing to try and see how that works.

I have a Martin DC -16GTE and use only the piezo in that fishman system and it sounds great - tight, sparkly, well defined. Turning up the mic system sounds more like the Taylor ES2 does.

I was hoping there was something I could try - can the body pickups be unplugged from that es2 circuit board or something?

I appreciate any advice.

Sorry meant to say it was a 150e. That is interesting to find out there is no body sensors/mics in this guitar. So there are differing es2 systems then. I will try and tweak and get back.

Here is what support says:

"Thanks for reaching out. The ES2 system in your 150e is only the Piezo pickup. There is no microphone or sensor inside the body. It might just be that your pickup needs to be adjusted. Without knowing how you're using it, what you're plugging it into, and hearing it for myself, it's tough to say for sure.

Here is some info on adjusting the ES2 pickup. Generally, for a more synthetic piezo-type tone, you would want to increase the pressure a little.

The vimeo video was very helpful in understanding how the piezo is organized. A 1/2  - 3/4 turn or so if each hex to snug the 3 elements to the saddle really helped brighten things - big time!
