Me too. I did however receive in depth replies from their customer relations department...just not the coveted feature in "Ask Bob".

I need to write a little more about myself... Maybe I'll write a topic under the welcome section. I know more about you all than you know about me.
I'll start with this. I'm only 28 years old. It's been very humbling to have many people older than me join this site...and much thanks for all your input and support! ;)

i would've thought they'dve sent along some lovely 'parting gifts' -
a few picks, a sticker or maybe a soundhole coaster (something) ...
or, at least, a little baggie of mastergrade AAAAA koa sawdust ;)

Wisdom comes with age.
Occasionally, but not always. Sometime it goes with age.
And often, wisdom has nothing whatsoever to do with age. You've shown a lot of wisdom in getting this place up and running. Thanks!
