Back in 2012, I had my dream guitar built. I never thought I would even consider parting with it, I honestly planned on handing it down to my children. However, life has a funny way of changing things. With that in mind, I present to you this gorgeous and nearly flawless example of why Taylor builds some of the best guitars out there. Remember when I said, "...nearly flawless..."? Well, that's because there is a very small nick in the headstock. Careless stage hands caused that one.

Ok, so now the price....This is a very well cared for guitar. Not to mention the fact that you can no longer harvest sinker redwood.
The guitar will come with the original case and paperwork, including the build sheet with an MSRP of $8,342.

The trade amount is actually pretty close to what I’m asking here. They value the guitar at the same amount I originally posted it for sale. I’m in a position where I’m ok with getting less than what I think it’s really worth just to make a quick deal.
