I've used Snarks for a few years now and, apart from having to re-glue one of the rubber grip pads, I don't have a bad word to say about them. Great display, particularly the black super-tight model. As has already been mentioned, the price-point is good as well.
One of my Christmas gifts this year was a Peterson Stroboclip and my experience, so far, is that it is excellent. Of course, we're talking a different price range to the Snarks but if you want to get within a tenth of 1 cent of each note (and your tuning machines will allow it) this is the one for you. I do a bit of recording, so accuracy is important, but I also play along to Band-in-a-Box generated backing tracks. I find the sweetened acoustic tuning on the Stroboclip very pleasing to the ear.
