I have a couple of pretty standard ones that I picked up here and there; one I recently picked up at Willcutt Guitars for a very nominal cash fee, and is marked "Fender" -- but was probably manufactured by a bulk supplier for them. I've found both to be adequate to the task of turning the tuner knobs when re-stringing either a 6-string or 12-string guitar.
Over the weekend I saw one of the salesman at Willcutt's using a Planet Waves multi-tool
similar to this one (his was a different, perhaps an older model). It looked pretty handy to me, having both the string winder and a small set of nippers built into them, plus a notch that will help pull the bridge pins.
