Fret Inlay Stickers
« on: January 09, 2012, 12:32:12 PM »
This probably doesn't belong here but I wanted to show off my new fret inlay stickers.  Over on AGF a few of us were discussing them and I said I would post some pics - but over here.......guys, no laughing at the cats.....I'm a girl  :P

They came very fast from the dealer in Japan, easy to put on and they look good.  I don't feel them when I'm playing and they were kind of fun to dress up my little Laguna (first electric I got, I've had my eye on a Les Paul but that's another forum...)  I can also see they will be easy to get off and not leave any residue so I would not hesitate to put them on any of my guitars, the adhesive is a bit like post-it notes but not flimsy enough to come off easily.

I'll probably be ordering more in the future and have some fun playing guitar dress-up.... ;D

I checked out the web site and watched the video. It's a cool product.

I think they look really nice, especially if you like cats...  I my self prefer dogs.

i'm seriously considering the ab rosette & ab dot fretmarkers for a Baby T -
i'd put an additional dot on at the 3rd fret & a couple more at the 16th :)

hmm :-\  ... there are also 3mm 'sticks' of ab (blue paua look)  8)
looks like i might could go the PS route on it (if it flexes enough) ;)

it's not about what you play,
it's all about why you play ...

They look nice, really make the frets pop out.  Do ya feel them at all?  I don't and I put some on my ukulele as well

I cannot feel them at all when I play. I really like them! Great way to decorate a guitar.
