. . . only just after i posted it.  i was actually thinking on the 'lady' part and was anticipating 'lady madonna'.  which would have been a cinch to follow.  i was kind of horrified after i posted that since i knew 'eleanor rigby' would be hard to follow.  'elenore' by the turtles is also a bit of a dead end, unless you use 'the'.  :)

. . . tom rush does the best version of 'panama limited', which was the original name for the  overnight sleeper predecessor of the city of new orleans.
