Thanks to all who responded to my original post. Your posts made perfect sense...a 212sb is probably not going to be an option for me.

I kind of got lost with the later posts....I guess you had to be there, so to speak.

Not exactly a 212ceSB, but a good guitar in its own right.

Solid spruce top, 25" scale, 1 11/16" nut, 4 3/4" body depth, a decent pick up and 3 finish choices.

Also take a look at the Yamaha AC3M and AC3R,  they are GC sized, all solid wood, and have an incredible pickup system.
