514 body depth

The body depth of the 514 is listed as 4 5/8"......

Would this be the same dimension at the neck block and heel block, or is there a taper to the body making it thinner at the neck block?

I measure mine at the neck block at 3 3/4" and at the heel 4 1/2"

I recall somewhere that Taylor cites body depth measured at the soundhole, IIRC.
