Waverly slot-head tuning machines
« on: November 13, 2014, 11:52:55 PM »
For those of you who doubt whether Waverly tuning machines will fit on a slot-head Taylor: they do flawlessly, one-on-one! Installed them yesterday in no time.

Very nice looking tuners on the slot head.  I like the looks of the machines and the buttons are really cool as well.

I decided to change the Taylor tuners after I did the same with my 812. On that one I installed the Gotoh 510's which was such a remarkable improvement and joy (still is). For my slot-head 512 I 'only' found the Waverly machines. Quite pricy but again it is pure delight to tune my guitar. And the fit and look are just perfect.
