I forgot to mention the Adi - AP bracing and the bone fittings.
forgot for a moment that the 14 Ks have ES2 & bone nut & saddle standard -
the adi bracing & gotohs would be the HP "lite" package, i guess ;)

I still think a 12string in 12 frets/short scale and GS body would be awesome!
I used to think GO body, but after having played a few of those, I now revert to GS size when thinking "big tones."  With a 12F-shortscale 12 string, who knows what other bracing/tonal magic they can apply to further shape a 12-er's unique voice, but I think that would make for a superlative platform.  All I know is my RT-12 is hands-down the finest-sounding 12 I have ever played, and this directly compared with numerous Taylor's fine 12s over the last few years.  Combining their factory's collective experience and offering a new 12 would be very cool, IMHO.
