Glad to hear you are enjoying the guitar. I've never had the pleasure of playing Ovangkol but there sure are lots of folks who love it.

Congrats on a great guit!  GA4's are great strummers, mine is also surprisingly LOUD.  I recently re-strung mine with Elixir Nano Phos Bronz Lights & like the change from the 80/20's.  You get a little more bass with the P/B's.  Play on!   8)

Now that I look at the strings a bit closer the G string looks kinda funny in a couple places. I may just re-string it over the weekend and see what happens.

Been working on fingerpicking tonight and this guitar is a good fingerpicker. I'm a novice at fingerpicking but when I don't ham hand the fingering and hit everything right it has some really good overtones going on.
