GS Mini is one of my all time favorite guitars. It sounds a lot better than many others.

I keep my apartment well regulated in terms of humidity, but I've read laminate isn't affected as much by humidity changes. Am I right about that or is that a myth?

The only consideration you should take note of is that the top of the GS Mini is still solid wood, it still needs some humidity control.

I put over a million air miles on my GS mini with no issues going from New England winter to Florida summer or even Southern California. But, I did keep a humidipak in there when home if not all the time, but just one.
Less sensitive, yes, but still, as said, solid wood top.

Yea, like I said I keep my place humidified well. Also helps my dog who has bad chronic allergies.
