Stunning! Surprisingly, I love the fretboard and then the headstock the most. Love that diagonal grain on the HS!

Yeah, that headstock grain/flame orientation was a pleasant surprise for me as well....a friend who saw the pics said that the guitar is too pretty to be called "Samson", but she hasn't heard it yet!

Wow, that looks phenomenal!  I especially like the headstock and tuner buttons.

Just out of curiosity, what is the back of peg head like?  Does it have a different backstrap wood?

It doesn't have a different backstrap wood - just the standard hog scarf joint...

Just have to say, that has to be one of the top Taylors I have ever laid eyes on from a classy, elegant standpoint. The guitar had me at the headstock overlay, and it keeps getting better from there. It's nice when the tone matches the look, I bet.
