I had heard it was sometimes difficult to get an answer from the Dean Markley website to a problem one may have with an Ultrasound Amp. I have read some negative responses. I wanted to post a positive response I had today. I emailed Dean Markley this morning requesting a schematic for an Ultrasound DS4 amp and I just now received an email with the schematic attached. I thought that was pretty quick and I am well pleased with the service. I was a little reluctant buying another Ultrasound but now I'm glad I did.
We hear a lot of negatives and I have had mine. I was wondering if anyone has had a positive experience with an amp company?
