I've dealt mainly w/standard guitar woods, but am thinking about taking a chance on an eBay guitar.
Does anyone have an idea of the sound of cedar over  Pua Ferro(Bolivian Rosewood, Morado).

I can't really answer your question for you. My only experience with Pau Ferro is on the fretboard of my Olympia Walkabout Dulcimer.  It's a beautiful wood.  Good luck to you.  You have an impressive stable of guitars already!
