Title: Anyone recognize this guitar?

Any guesses on the manufacturer?  I'm leaning towards "home made". The back looks like walnut to me. It's even going "bareback" (no saddle). It's probably just missing.

My guess would be homemade as well. Everything about it looks like someone took the path of least resistance.

No. Just a "watcher".  It seems the builder went to a lot of trouble with all the angles of the sides and sound hole. Being different for different's sake?
