Title: Roland Cube 40 XL---Opinions?

My old, beloved, well-traveled Roland Cube 60 Chorus is dying.  I like Roland amps can't tell you specifically why....they just sound good for the price, I guess.

I want a light weight amp with medium power (say, 40 to 90-100amps), NO tubes, light weight, and, I should mention,  light weight.  I have no desire to own more than one amp, so it has to work for both acoustic and my semi-hollow electric jazz guitars, so it can't necessarily be an "acoustic"-specific amp. 

It doesn't necessarily have to be in a cheap price range.   It'll be used both for solo practice as well as small group gigs, and those groups will include a piano at times;  possibly some church ensembles, too.  No, I don't want a PA system. I'm not a singer. In other words, a good, all-around, light weight, solid state amp with enough power for the foregoing kinds of situations.

Anyone have opinions on the Roland Cube 40XL amp, or possible alternatives that will meet the above criteria?

I use a cube on my electric guitar and love it.

I use and love the Rolland AC60. If 60 watts isn't enough you may consider the AC90.
