Title: Foot Stools That Fit A Taylor Hard Case

Here's a fun, and at the same time, a pain in the butt project.
I wanted a foot stool that would fit in the small storage space in my Taylor guitar hard case.
I saw a very similar design on the internet and put my own flare as you might say, mix of woods, and ended up with these.
If I was to do it again the tops would be banded only on one end as the hinge screws split one band.
They measure 1" x 3 9/16" x 7 5/16" when closed flat and are finished with conversion varnish.
Some of the woods are Sapele, Ovangkol, Macacauba, Canary Wood, Figured Maple, Walnut, & Katalox a Mexican wood that looks like ebony.
Some are for me and some will be gifts to friends, hope they enjoy them. :D Danny

Those are beautiful! Would you ever consider selling one?  :)
I fingerpick, and have found I like having my right foot on a foot rest to raise it slightly. I currently use an adjustable one that I got from Amazon. I use that for going to a friend's house to play, but it would be cool to have a nice one for my music room. Just asking.

Gorgeous!!! Hard to pick a favorite. But if I had to , I'd say middle, top row. Nice work. I wish I had those skills

Thanks Guitar Cowboy, you have a good eye, one of my favorites too, it's Walnut with a little spalt on the edge, hard to find.
We all have our skills, you more than likely are a much better gutarist than I'll ever be. Started guitar after retirement, should have started decades ago.
