Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 Taylor 814CE revoiced back in February or March and I believe it was March. I have my Taylor warranty setup since day one and purchased my Taylor through a well known Autherized Taylor Acoustic Dealer. Anyways I was wondering and if memory serves me I asked the sales guy about something I'd heard prior to buying my Taylor and that was about neck resets and truss rod adjustments being covered under Taylor and not costing me out of pocket. I recall the sales guy stating that yes this was correct that if it ever needed a neck reset or truss rod adjustment that it'd be covered by Taylor and cost me nothing out of pocket. That being that I'm the original owner which I am.
So basically are neck resets and truss rod adjustments covered by Taylor which cost me nothing out of pocket. Which means Taylor would pay the dealer/store for its service and adjustments?
Can anyone clarify for me if this is correct? Thank you

Truss rod adjustments represent fairly standard maontenace for most acoustic guitars. Many of us do them ourselves. Taylor neck resets are infinitely easier than traditional neck resets because of Taylor's patented neck to body join. As such, the cost would be relatively minor if needed. I would call Taylor for a definitive answer.

I've definitely been told that a free neck reset is included if needed in the standard warranty.
