Well, I've discovered that the 12 string is no longer my thing (although I played 12 string exclusively in my twenties). My playing style has changed quite a bit since then, and I believe that someone else can do this beautiful instrument more justice than I.  I've had it for less than two months, so it is absolutely mint. Upgrades include Gotoh tuners and bone nut/saddle. The western burst is just stunning, and the sound of each strummed chord is gigantic. It's on consignment at Martin Music, and includes a brand new G7th capo for 12 strings. Sale price: $2,600.00 The link is below:

Oh, I forgot to mention that the package includes a brand new G7th capo for 12 strings in the gear pocket of the case!

I purchased a guitar from Strumming Fool, I could not be happier with it.  The advertisement said that it was in perfect condition and it was flawless.  Anybody who buys this one will be very happy with it.  This 756 is a gorgeous.
