After owning a Taylor for just over a year I finally threw that trash away for something that actually sounds like a guitar. If it didn't cost so much I'da just chucked it out a 50 story window. Why would anyone want to own a Taylor guitar?
April Fool's ;D
I love my Taylor guitar. ;)

You got me good!
Thanks for the laugh!

So I was thinking, some people like Martin better, good for you, then i started to read your comments and was most of the way through before I remembered the date. Good one!

Didn't fool me 8).....I'm pretty sceptical of forum threads today.

Had me going. Have avoided most of the jokes today. This one was pretty good.

got me....didn't bother to read jr with 96 posts and wonder how you could have made it so long .....but for a "quick read"......got me good!

Ha, missed the fun, way too busy these days. I saw the first line and thought "oh boy, another troll typing in his pajamas from his mother's basement." Then was tempted to ask you what grade you were in, but concluded... nah, not worth my energy. And that was in the first two seconds!

I bought a 2nd Taylor (150e) and am selling my Martin (see me ad in the for sale section.) I like the Martin a lot but I like my GA3 better and don't really need two 6-strings. Love the 150e!

You got me good, and as i scrolled down and saw nothing i thought my computer stopped loading so you even tricked me into thinking something was wrong with it! HA!
As both a Taylor and Martin owner at one time or another, they both make some great guitars :) but there are definitely people who find they prefer one over the other...

Jeez don't let my wife hear that! :)

I wouldn't mind having a Taylor and a Martin, but when purchasing I had to choose; I chose Taylor. (I'm still crossing my fingers hoping one of my late Grandfather's Martins ends up in the hands of his oldest grandchild). ;)

My wife really wouldn't care if I kept the Martin. I've just decided that for me, two guitars is all I need (for now anyway.)

What does Martin Taylor play?

Golf!

Wow..... It sounds like you're angry with that guitar or with the Taylor brand. I hope the Martin makes you less angry. I'm still loving mine, and am considering the new reworked 324e (Mahagony/Black Wood Combo), I think it will make me happy! :)

Gamblemad, note that it was an April Fool's post from last year that was resurrected. The OP is not really mad at Taylor, just yanking your chain.
-
Yea I noticed after I posted..... Aw well he got me.... way after the actual event... kind of embarrassing ;)

Those zombies will get you every time. ;D
