Notice the buy it now price is outside of ebay.  So, you basically get no protection on the sale.  Also I believe it violates Ebay's terms of use by advertising a buy it outside of ebay on an ebay ad.  Guessing they won't be there by tomorrow morning.

When someone lists an item with a low buy it now off eBay, it's likely that they have hijacked a legitimate seller's account for the listing. The off-list payment will go to someone who does not have any such guitar and will certainly not give you anything for your $$.

I beleive those types of listings violate Ebay's terms and the poster above me who thinks someones account got hijacked is most likely correct. Anyway, I reported them both just to give someone a heads up.

The fact that the contact info is a graphic is also a dead giveaway. (Images are harder to search than plain text--I'm sure eBay filters for such terms that violate their policies, but an image is just harder to parse.) Also note how both guitars supposedly have the same price. Thanks for reporting them, temporaryalias.
