Title: Are these the typical GS-Mini shims?

I removed the neck to check out the shims. Two questions:
1. I know the shim pairs always have a difference of 6, but do all GS-Minis come with a +2 and an 8?
2. It looks like someone wrote an upside down underlined +1 in big red pencil on the +2 shim. Anyone know what that’s about?
