Title: Is this beginner, intermediate or advance level?
Post by: 2002mayerj on November 15, 2020, 09:32:34 PM
I recorded this on my iphone that my son played GOT after eight months of playing guitar.  Can someone tell me if this beginner, intermediate, or advance level?  TIA.

I'd say intermediate . . .

But if he worked it out by himself by ear without internet tabs, played it with one guitar, without double tracks or editing and in one take I'd call it advanced ( like mine  ::)  :o ;D )

Congrats on your sons progress - you're a proud dad.  That's seriously good for 8 months!!!

Thank you.  He played it on the Martin D-18 guitar without double track or editing and in one take.  No Internet tab either.  Here is another piece Eva Maria that he played after six months on the guitar, in one take on a Seagul S6 Acoustic guitar.  Let me know what you think.
