Just got a 2015 814ce Brazilian, and glad to be part of the UTGF, so I can learn more about this guitar, and Taylors in general. It is a beautiful guitar, and extremely well made. Very different sound and feel to my Martin 00028. Love them both!

Welcome Graham. Would love to see your Braz 814ce, if you don't mind posting some pics. Glad you're here.

A couple of pictures. I haven’t managed to get a good photo of the back yet. Reflections make it difficult to get a good shot of grain.

Welcome! Brazilian Rosewood is always a keeper in my book! Congratulations!

Thanks. Most definitely a keeper. I have always been nervous on Brazilian due to CITES issues, but this came with all the CITES official documentation.

Welcome Graham!
Love the 814 and the 00028 - both superlative instruments! Enjoy your stay!

Thanks for sharing what you could, it's a real beauty. Still would love to see the back. I think most of us here can agree that taking good pictures of Taylor guitars is often difficult, especially those with the gloss finish.

Brazilian pictures. A little better taken outside. I am sure there is better looking grain out there, but I’m happy with it!

Brazilian has such a unique, rich look to it. I think it's beautiful, thanks for sharing your awesome guitar with us. Enjoy.
