I guess it’s introduction time. I am new here on this cool forum and happy to find you all. I am a mediocre player at best here in wonderful Nashville Tennessee. 62 years young and still working on the wonderful world of stringed instruments. Just added a Taylor 214 CE K DLX to the fold, and what a wonderful sound from this guitar! Blown away!!!! Thoroughly enjoying this wealth of info here and I just want to say thanks to all in advance.

Welcome, even though we've seen you around a bit already. So sorry about the devastating tornadoes and sending prayers to your city. Hope you hang around here and share your thoughts.

Welcome from Wisconsin. Also recently purchased a 214ce. Great playing and sounding guitar.

I have to say I am more and more blown away by this 214, so much great quality at this price point. I did replace the tuners ( to silver ) and I think I will install a bone saddle!

Still love my 214. I had to pick from 2 they had. Some reason this one had a more pronounced thump, or low end. Never really had a guitar “open up”. Yesterday I picked it up and weirdly, sounded different, in a good way. Sustain seemed longer, more voice. Might have just been because I’ve been hunkered up for the last couple of weeks...who knows. Enjoy...
