New member, new Taylor owner here from New Jersey...
Downsizing guitars and amps, considerably, since I'm basically retiring and downsizing in the more traditional sense - eventually moving to someplace pretty.
I'm not much of a player, but for around 25 years, I had a nice thing going - buying and selling some beautiful things so I'd have the opportunity to fool with a lot of different guitars and amps. Since I'm in "sell" mode, I picked up a Taylor T5 Pro for its versatility so it can sort of replace a few other things.
While it's a controversial guitar to many - I'm loving it. Since my hearing isn't what it used to be, to me - I've never sounded better!
Anyway, nice to be here. I don't have a lot to add to the group but I'm not nasty. And I won't wear my politics on my sleeve. Not here, at least...
