Oasis customer service is superlative

I have been using Oasis humidifier products for some years now, mostly to offset the dryness that accompanies furnace season in a poorly insulated old house in Massachusetts. Purchased one that gave me a problem, so I called Oasis about it and a replacement was dispatched instantly, which arrived today.

Excellent service like that should always be acknowledged.

I've been using oasis "gel" filled humidifier products for at least 6 years and I am very happy with them. Glad they are so responsive to their customers!

Oasis is all I use based on its ease of use. Great product that uses the K.I.S.S. principle.

I've never used Oasis, but it is always good to hear that a company owns up to their product and truly delivers support to their customers.  Good on them!  And thank you for posting!  IMHO, good companies should not only be praised publicly for their worth, but must be supported by our purchases if we want them to survive, let alone grow.  I vote with my wallet :D
