Koaguitarman here, in Downey CA!

Haven't posted lately on the AGF. Heard about the UTGF & thought I would join. I have retired and I have gigs @ local Farmers Markets on every Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. Every Saturday night have a gig @ a Resturant in San Pedro, CA. My finger tips on my left hand are about as tough as they ever have been. About 15 hours of pickin' every week. Life is good. Hope to see all of you around the forum.

Note: This is an old post/thread from 2012. After appreciating koaguitarman's beautiful collection of koa guitars in post #5,  please see post #12 for a sad update.

 WELCOME !your reputation definitely precedes you, o King of Koa :)
for those that don't know, Russ truly is master of all the Koa he surveys :D

i'm sure there are more pics & possibly more koa too, but here's a couple

this one was in W & S too - now, that is a nice living room :)
