Action specs

I know when action feels high to me (and when it feels good) but there have been occasions where a tech would look at me strange when I said the action felt a little high. Anyone know where the Taylor specs are for action? Can't seem to locate them on the new site.

Taylor's standard spec for action is 6/64" E & 4/64" e @ 12th fret on steel 6 strings

Interesting on the post thing. Was using my phone and when I got in the house it didn't appear so I posted again.
