Yeah, I can't picture that butchered fingerboard as being worth saving. It must be replaced. Then there are the other MAJOR repairs needed. Only a careful inspection by an experienced repair person would reveal the extent of the work needed, and it very probably is not worth it. Best case scenario: you might end up with thousands invested into a 910 with a serious damage/repair history, so limited resale value. Pass.
