It would be nice if someone answered my question. It's rude to assume everyone knows what the guitar is made of. I did a search and found two possibilities.
Hence my question. There seems to be a lot of that on this forum.

Read through the thread carefully. The OP already answered your question. He said Koa. His git was actually a Spring and not a Fall.

Thanks for answering my question. I looked up Fall. It didn't match.

I read the post he never mentioned what wood was used. One person stated that he loved his Spring Edition Koa 314. The OP stated that he had a Fall Edition. So I don't  think the confusion was on my end hence my question that was ignored.

So does it have Maple backs and sides or Koa?

Pretty sure the Fall 314 LTD was quilted Sapele b/s with a European Spruce top.

He did.

Mine is the 2012 Spring LTD KOA
I would also love to have a 414ce Fall Edition, but I have been blessed with the KOA.

Not one of your better posts. "It's rude to assume".... You would have done better to have just stopped there.  ::)

They call it the Fall edition, because they know, you will fall in love with it.

So, when I first pulled it out of the case, I started playing songs I thought I had forgotten.
Then, a week later, I started learning to play songs I do not remember ever having played before.
The songs were mostly from the 60's and 70's.

But now, oh my....
I am playing songs no one has ever heard before.
I believe this is called song writting, but I am not able to write them, I can just write to you telling you about them.

I am still falling in love with my 314ce FALL SPRING edition..

How about you?

Okay...here is the original post with the corrected limited edition identified so let's get this thread back on track. Satuski, I believe your question about the type of wood has been answered.

What other comments can owners of the Spring Limited Koa 314ce offer?
