This is a wonderful fingerstyle guitar that strums and flatpicks quite well. The 12 fret neck shifts the bridge towards the center of the lower bout and the result is a punchy and loud low end. This guitar is very responsive to even a light touch so it is very rewarding to play. It's a great guitar for a singer-player as the scooped mid-range response gives room for vocals but I found the balance is so good that it also works very well for solo fingerstyle. The 12 fret neck and the short scale make it very comfortable to play.
The condition of this guitar is excellent. There are no dings or scratches in the top, sides, or back. The only imperfections I can find are several tiny pin-prick size indentations on the top that will not show up in any photo. You have to hold the guitar top at the right angle in bright light to see them. The ES2 pickup and EQ works perfect, I've not had any issues with it. The guitar comes with its original hard shell black case. It is in truly mint condition with no marks or scuffs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to get a really nice Taylor GC. This guitar currently retails new for $3,700.
